Since we work on items in the order received, depending on the time of the year and/or demand for our service, production time may very and could go up to few weeks. You may expedite your order by adding Rush Service to your cart and we will put your order as the top priority to make it first.
KEEP IN MIND:
1. If you sending, or ordered a new item as car emblems, Beats, or laptop cover etc, we can only start production after we have actually received it.
2. Rush Service is for ICY designers Only to work extended hours, it doesnt include shipping fee. If you need an item before certain date, along with Rush Service, please select Expedited Shipping Method at checkout.
3. Its always a good idea to let us know your due date you need it by, so we make sure you get it by then.
4. Please be reasonable with your expectations as all our items are custom made and also have to dry, and be shipped. Reminder: We can only make your custom item within 24-48 hours (depending on size and difficulty of the design) once we already have actual item on hand (you can check with us prior placing order).
