License Plate or Frame Security Locking Kit with Chrome or ICY caps

The bling caps are pretty. However they came with no instructions on how to install them. I was willing to pay extra (over $40. for a $20 item after shipping) to have the locking kind. I emailed you asking for instructions on 1/11/15 and got no response. Had to buy another set and put it together with yours to make it lock. It was sold as a LOCKING Kit, so I expected that. Would not buy again because of the no response to my question. thank you

Thank you for your review. I usually reply on all emails right away except when they go to bulk folder and I dont see them. Instructions dont come with the kit because its super easy to install, normally our clients dont need them, but when they do, I explain to them how its done. You just have to put plastic cap on the screw first (screw head inside of the cap), screw it all together & snap ICY cap on top of it. Its super easy! Those screws whats locking the frame in. No one can take your frame off with regular screw driver, only with that special tool that comes within the kit. Sorry I missed your email somehow.
