BLACK on BLACK Swarovski Crystal License Plate Frame

This license plate frame is great! I have received so many complements on it. The frame is made of a metal material, not plastic. My car has gone through a car wash three times and not a single crystal has fallen off the frame.The screw caps stay on without a problem. My license plate is on the tailgate of my SUV, and it does not close softly. These caps stay on despite the trunk of my vehicle being slammed closed repeatedly.

I love my new license plate frame. It is exactly what I ordered and more beautiful in person. I have yet to put it on my new car as I am still waiting on my plates. I am not sure how you were not able to get in touch with us when we answer our emails every day, multiple times a day, except weekends. As for phone calls, its little harder because we get a lot of phone calls and, most of the time, it takes long time to help a customer with their custom orders. We dont have an answering service where third party company people just answer calls and dont know what they are talking about, so when our clients call, they talk to an actual designer who knows how to help them with colors, design questions etc. We always try to call back to voicemails, if a phone call was missed. We, also, provide cell phone info for texts to be in touch with.. As for your frame, in your order you have selected Jet Hematite color, which has that sparkling grayish hematite top coat finishing on it. It still considers to be black color, its just that hematite top coat is what makes it look little off black. If you wanted completely black, best color for it is Jet Black. Under main picture we always tell customers which color was used on that item. If you really dont like that hematite look, because this color is super popular with our clients, I can make an exception for you and you can return your frame for an exchange for Jet Black. Let me know if thats something you would like. Just keep in mind that Jet Black is not as sparkling as Jet Hematite, because it doesnt have that sparkling top coat on it. Its a deep black color and only sparkles under certain angles, under the sun or direct light, just like on the photo. Let me know.

Ordered the black on black frame. I have to say I like it alot. Its real cute. The way the diamonds shine in the day light is beautiful. It looks great with my black plates too. I will be ordering another for my front plate as well.

Had to follow up with a rep a good two weeks after it was purchased. After numerous phone calls and vms I was forced to go through each option offered through phone you get 4 or 5 different options to choose from to get ahold of a rep I went through all options. It felt like only one person or maybe two working at most cuz nobody returned my vms and I had to go through each phone option offered to get ahold of somebody. FINALLY got shipped out after phone call only to arrive and look totally different from picture. It was almost a steel grey on black certainly not black on black. Very unhappy. I threw it out. Will not order from again.
